Cancellation Process:

In the event that a customer decides to cancel their subscription plan with Vinsup Business Solutions (VBS), all services associated with the plan will be terminated immediately upon cancellation request. However, please note that no refunds will be issued for any remaining unused portion of the subscription term

To initiate the cancellation process, customers must provide one week's prior intimation to VBS. This notice period allows for the orderly cessation of services and ensures a smooth transition for both parties. Upon receipt of the cancellation request, VBS will cease all services associated with the subscription plan, including but not limited to Application Development, Website Design, Data Migration, Customer Support, Digital Marketing, and Branding. Customers are responsible for any outstanding payments or fees accrued up to the date of cancellation. Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in further action by VBS to recover the owed amounts.

Please note that the cancellation of the subscription plan does not absolve the customer of any obligations or liabilities incurred during the term of the agreement, including but not limited to confidentiality obligations and limitations of liability. VBS reserves the right to modify or update the cancellation process outlined in these Terms at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for any changes or updates.
